Parents seeking admission of their child will be required to obtain Registration Form and Prospectus from the school’s office. Completed Registration Form should be submitted in the school’s office before the last date.

• A Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation. (in case of Pre-N.C or K.G & Class I only ): A self attested Xerox copy.

• A Transfer Certificate (T.C) in original. If the T.C is coming from other state district, it should be duly countersigned by the educational authorities.

• Xerox copy of the marksheet/gradesheet of last exam of the previous school.

• Two latest passport size photographs of the child.

• Two latest passport size photographs of the parents/guardians.
