From classes 1st onwards the school follows the syllabus of studies as prepared by CBSE. Sacred Hearts School gives a pleasant atmosphere to the students for enhancing their innate talents.

The academic year starts from April and ends in March. The academic year incorporates Terminal Examinations and Unit Test and implements the changes introduced by CBSE from time to time.

The students in the school are grouped into four houses i.e. Ventus, Aqua, Ignis, Terra. The houses are named after the mountain ranges.
